From the living/dining/kitchen area you have direct access out to the large terrace area equipped with plenty of garden furniture for you to enjoy a relaxing time in the shade. A built in BBQ and the garden chair and table provides the opportunity to enjoy a meal outside.
Stairs lead from this terrace down to the large patio area surrounding the L shaped swimming pool with walk in steps. The patio area is well equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and a poolside shower.
