SPECIFICATIONS
STRUCTURE/FRAME:
The building is erected according to European anti-seismic regulation and the frame will be made of reinforced concrete. The masonry walls will be built of high-quality perforated clay bricks, of an acknowledged manufacturer. The outer masonry walls will be 25 cm thick and the inner walls 10 cm. The outer surfaces of the walls will be acrylic finishing plaster (graphiato) and/or paint, while the inner ones will be covered with three coats of plaster and will be painted with three coats of A’ quality paint.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY CLASS A:
Certified thermal facade system with polystyrene and/or rock wool of 8 cm thick in masonry and on the roof, based on energy efficiency (΄΄Organic KNAUF, 25 years guarantee).
FLOORS:
Interior residence’s floors will be ceramic tiles with a purchase value of €20/Μ2. Similarly, outdoor areas with a purchase value of €17/Μ2.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen countertop will be lined with a wooden countertop will be installed.
Between benches and cabinets (backsplash), the walls will be covered with ceramic tiles with a purchase value of €17/m2.
BATHROOM/SHOWER:
Sink cabinets will be lined with a wooden lid. Also, the walls of the bathroom and/or shower will be cladded with ceramics with a purchase value of €17/m2 up to the height of the door.
STAIRCASE CLADDING:
Marbles and/or ceramics with a purchase value of €50/step (tread, riser and skirting). Also, a protective metal railing orinox glass balustrade or wooden beams (8NO Swedish timber) or metal louvers will be placed in the stairwell.
BUILDING’S OPENINGS:
The windows and sliding doors will be aluminum thermal, with double glazing based on the energy efficiency of the company MUSKITA (MU 3000 sliding doors and MU2500 for fixed and/or tilt and turn windows). The entrance door will be security door, of purchase value €800 from A class quality wood or aluminum or PVC (buyer’s choice).
CARPENTRY:
Benches, shelves and cabinets will be made of melamine, color of the buyer’s choice. Interior doors and closets will be made of melamine color of the buyer’s choice. There will be hanging rails, shelves and drawers in all the closets of the rooms. Purchase value €250 for knobs, handles, stoppers and the like including in doors, cabinets, kitchen cabinets and bedrooms.
SANITARY WARE AND ACCESSORIES:
All sanitary ware and accessories will be of high quality and will be installed according to European standards. Purchase value of sanitary ware and accessories €1500.
AIR CONDITIONING/HEATING:
Provisions for air-conditioners in all areas will be installed.
HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION:
Hydraulic installation of pipe in pipe with German quality pipes of A quality (UPVC). Purchase of solar water heater(1TN) and water pressure booster worth €1600. Also (2) faucets will be installed in the yard
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
Electrical and telephone installation based on the 17th directive. In each room will be placed three (3) sockets, telephone, internet and TV. Provisions for alarm systems and photovoltaics will also be installed.
EXTERIOR CORRIDORS AND VERANDA’S FLOORS ON THEGROUND FLOOR:
Trowel-finished concrete based on designs.
FENCING (BOUNDARY WALLS) AND GARBAGE ROOM:
Uncoated reinforced concrete walls and/or three coats of paint.
