The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom with en-suite shower and large balcony also the next bedroom in the same floor has en suite bathroom and large balcony.
The ground floor of the house comprises a bedroom with shower and toilet en suite (is also the guest bathroom),
living room, kitchen, small dining room, fireplace and a storeroom below the staircase. There is a / c throughout the house except the 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor which we can also arrange.
Outside there is a 4×8 pool (pool renovated in 2017 / Liner change), large veranda, shower with toilet, storage, barbeque facilities, extra pool where pool equipment is located, garden around the pool and extra space where large trees are located ( lemon, orange). There is also a covered garage and garden on the facade of the house.
