This plot is located in a nice and quiet area which has become one of the most attractive areas in Kissonerga due to the new buildings around it but also to the nice sea view.
It has access to the main road and has only one house next to it. There are trees in the field.
Kissonerga is a village in South West Cyprus, about 8 km north of Paphos, in a region notable for the cultivation of banana plantations, an area known as the Ktima Lowlands. Kissonerga is about eight kilometers down the main road from Paphos towards Coral Bay. The village is located 112 meters above sea level.
Construction of Paphos Marina was long planned for the Potima Bay area, located to the north of Kissonerga. The marina will be the largest in the Eastern Mediterranean and will have a capacity to accommodate 1.000 vessels. Construction began in 2009.
